Personally, I don't always worry about the clit when doing analingus. If I do, I am not going back and forth between the anus and clit, but will use fingers to penetrate the vagina and massage the clit. Generally, I am spending a lot of time performing analingus (it's not just a 5 or 10 minute thing). I focus on it like a massage. Imagine you're a masseuse. Just have her lie down, relax, and spend time on it. At the end (whenever that is, but hopefully not soon) you can stimulate her clit/g spot using your hands or fingers.
I dunno, I never had the thought of it in a way where I mix things up by stimulating "this spot" and then "that spot." I always approached it with wanting to stimulate all spots at once. So if I am only stimulating one spot (say the anus), I can't stop doing it just because I want to stimulate another spot now. It can get weird when you're doing analingus and want to stimulate the g spot and clit. I've figured out a couple ways to use my fingers to do that (using only one hand), but probably need a little more practice. -
Never had issues with cleanliness or sickness or anything... I've even done it immediately after a 3 hour plane ride... I don't stick my nose in it but I've never noticed a foul smell or anything... Maybe my wife just keeps hers super clean.Leave a comment:

Oh, gotcha. Never been an issue for me. I thought about it after the first time and read a lot of material. I am sure it's an issue if the partner is sick etc but my experience has been "never an issue" Of course, ymmv.Leave a comment:

No, I'm talking about the other way around. There's stuff down there fantastic for butts, but not so much for the upper GI, no?Leave a comment:

True, but it's always a matter of degrees. Though the risk is minimal, some STDs can be transferred via mouth to V. Never heard or read that the run of the mill mouth bacteria can inflict any disease.
The "normal" bacteria present in the anus can infect the V. That's why women are taught to wipe front to back (and us male diaper changers). If she wants more attention, it's 2 minutes with an alcohol-based mouthwash and good tooth brushing as well as general good hygiene before proceeding. It's worked for us.Leave a comment:

Love receiving, love giving. Yes, very primal. Agree that Pjur lube is awesome.Leave a comment:

But aren't there a lot of mouth unfriendly bacteria too?
I just heard recently how the anus has to have sufficient nerve ending to distinguish between solid, gas, and liquid. I imagine that makes for a potentially pleasurable area to touch. I think there are just some pleasures that I'm willing to leave unexplored, though.Leave a comment:

Thanks effy, but that's not just your honest opinion, that's a fact. You can transfer bacteria w/the tongue, fingers, penis, or other items moved from back to front, and the more frequently you do, the more chance there is that there'll be an infection-causing bug in the group
Careful boys!

Both you and Bootsie need to have some caution going from anus to the V. Lots of V unfriendly bacteria in the anus that you do not want to transfer. JMHO.
I do agree with your technique however BR. Analingus was the first time I ever got my SO to open up to "dirty talk" which made me even crazier. She has orgasmed from analingus alone (the brain is truly the best sex organ) but if she needs assistance, she can stroke her own clitoris.Leave a comment:

A tip from me... Roll your tongue and insert it as if you were trying to F her butt with your tongue.
Other than that I like to lick circles around it as I go... It's important to constantly return to the vagina every so often to maximize pleasure. Analinguis only feels so good, women still need clitoral stimulation.Leave a comment:
