In particular, it says: "One manner of achieving this is by applying pressure to the perineum during orgasm." That is the technique you describe. There is some suggestion it may not always be harmless.

Big Red, I have to say, that doesn't seem healthful. Additionally, it seems a bit on the lazy side just to avoid cleaning up. I don't know how big your wad is, but a small towel or tissue makes for pretty easy clean up, a baby wipe maybe? And it seems to me, totally worth the effort.
Sorry to be so negative, but as a woman, if I knew my man was doing that before we'd become intimate, I'd probably think he was a lazy lover too.
