Hello my wonderful and beautiful ladies

concern, disappointment, and fear have brought me to this forum and I am in need of some wisdom and guidance.
(I will probably make an appointment and see a doctor, however can a doctor answer sex questions?)

22 years old. From a sheltered home. So really my naive self is more at the mental age of a 15 year old when is comes to sex...

I have been touching myself at a very very young age, and goodness it was a beautiful time...did it multiple times on a nightly basis...i believe even before my first period! So been touching myself since middle school.

I was aroused easily, and I believe I orgasmed many times in one night. so much fun.

...however, as the years went on, it became very difficult to orgasm...then it became increasingly hard to be aroused let alone feel something. Now I force it with the hope I will feel something, and it is painful if I do and very very short.

Now, last year was my first time with a man. I thought, perhaps, i would regain the sexual feelings I so long for...still nothing.

I have a boyfriend now, very loving patient and gentle boy. Very happy I have found him. Yet, same problem. I do not feel a thing if not pain. He has tried rubbing, licking and penetrating. nothing.

This brings anxiety and fear that I will never feel the pleasure of sex again, and I wasted the experience with myself and not with a man that I love.

Is it true, you can damage the nerves, or perhaps ...run out of nerves or sensitivity in the area? Did I start too young? My clit so rubbed out that it actually has no feeling, like that of an 80 year old?

Yes they can. Sex is a natural function of the human body. It's what they do. Specialists may be better equipped to answer specific questions. Maybe ob/gyn? Your general practitioner might be able to help you to an extent or direct you. You don't have to be ashamed.

Also, you can do things to damage your nerves or make sex unpleasurable. Certain masturbation techniques can do it.

If a woman's clitoris is anything like a man Head (i presume you orgask from your clitoris?) Then there should be a pretty simple fix.
Anytime i get that kind of thing you're having, i don't have sex or masturbate or have any sexual arousal for a couple of weeks, then try again.
This will surely get your bud budding again
Overusing it is whats causing it to not be as sensitive, like overusing anything.
Trey 2 weeks without any touching/sex.
