i dont judge those who like this but i personally get squimish at the idea of nursing an adult. i am pro breast feeding even semi long term i have also pumped my milk for adults but i couldnt just seriously nurse an adult.

:| This seems quite odd. It's something that should be maternal...so with a partner...bit weird. What pleasure would there be out of this? Especially for the man, I'm guessing it wouldn't taste as good as Coke..

Do a search, there is plenty of info on relactation.

I don't see breastfeeding your significant other to be either sexual nor maternal in any way. I think it is a great display of intimacy, and something I would love to try in the future.

I bet you never breast fed. First, I did, so I know you have to continously breast-feed or your milk stops, or, even worse you become engorged, which is very painful. I loved breast-feeding my son, but for it to be sexual would be a strange thing to me. Not to mention the pain and trouble just to nurse the perv you are with. I would have to pass.
