Well it depends on the guy and what he likes. My boyfriend loves it when I swirl my tongue around the tip of his penis, then lick all over. If you make eye contact with him while you are sucking or licking him, that tends to make them crazy (at least it does with my boyfriend). my technique:

Before getting to any of the real oral listed above, you can teast him by just barely touching the penis with fingers or toungue.
