Hi This could be due to low estrogen which is responsible for the thickness of skin down there.( With age estrogen will go down and skin get thinner) Make sure he is not watching porn or using rough masturbation. Both these activities will make him need to be rougher to achieve orgasm. A doctor should be able to prescribe an estrogen cream to try, You could also look at a boron supplement to help SHBP levels. Both these approaches would take a few weeks to work Good

Are you on the pill? i've just quit Yaz because it was well on its way to kill my libido + I had huge issues with lubrication. before I was on the pill, I would never tear or experience extreme swelling after sex. While I was on Yaz, the past 9 months or so, everytime I had sex, no matter how gentle, I would swell up afterwards which made it impossible to have sex in the next day or two. It took me a while to figure out what was going on, but it turned out that my body just wasn't producing enough natural lubricant. When you have that problem, not even store-bought lube can help you tbh.

I just switched back to yasmin for a bit from seasonique and what I remember as slight dryness when I took it before was horrid this time. I don't think it was just dryness. The skin felt smoother and it was damaged so easily. Previously if things got swollen after sex I'd apply some ice and that would be the end of it. I applied ice the first time and practically instantly ice burnt the skin down there. I found the only relief I could get was to run water over the area after sex and it would still pulse in pain for an hour. No matter how careful we were it was painful. Finally got back on seasonique and 3 weeks in I am perfectly recovered. The itchy spot that had been torn for pretty much 3months straight is magically gone. I would have a serious look at hormones and any birth control you are on.

Throw the toys away and don't have penetrative sex unless you are wet. If you keep having sex like that your only doing damage both physically and psychologically. The firs thing you need to do is take a break from sex just so that your vagina will heal. Then seriously you need to discuss and read some good books because that's not how its done. Please realise that sex toys are about commerce not good sex.

I like getting warmed up before actual penetration, but motorguy's right, maybe you should talk to a professional.
