I decided the other day to be very romantic with my wife... I had gotton up early to watch the All Blacks (New Zealand rugby team) play France in the Rugby world cup, and after the game I cooked up a nice breakfast for Mrs Muffin... I did some hand washing for her, fixed a couple of things around the house that I hadn't got around to fixing.... mowed the lawns... basically did a lot of things without being nagged.... she was very happy :-) I cooked a lovely roast chicken for dinner, then we sat and watched a couple of programs together and I told her I'd like to give her a nice massage before going to bed..... As I was massaging her back and neck she commented on how good it was she said if I choose a scarf, she will massage me with it later.... well I kept on massaging her then....zzzzzz................zzzzzzz............. ...zzzzz Mrs Muffin had fallen asleep!! I shook her several times but she was fast asleep..... I gave up and got ready for bed myself and turned out the lights and went to sleep......
She woke in the morning and asked me why she was naked and what was her pink and white spotted scarf doing at the end of the bed.... then I told her what happpened the previous night and she couldn't remember anything..... So much for me trying to be romantic! LOL

Sometimes that is the way things go. Be glad you have the skill to give a great massage.

Sometimes romance has nothing to do with sex. We often make the mistake of doing with the expectation of receiving in return.......when sometimes it just needs to be about doing.

I like the massage idea. Sounds like you did such a good job on it that it put her right to sleep. That's what a massage is all about. Do you know how many times I've ever had a man give me a massage in which he did NOT try to have sex with me afterwards? Not many. But in those few times, it sure was nice to know that in that moment he was focused on me being relaxed and comfortable and not his own sexual pleasures.
