My current girlfriend seems to have anorgasmia and im not too familiar with it. She is able to reach orgasm herself although it seems like they arent very strong and it can take her anywhere from 90 min to 180 min to reach one. Being female myself, I struggle to orgasm with someone so it may take time however it is possible for me, but with masturbation I can hit one in 2 min or even less sometimes so I am kinda at a loss with how to please her. I think all women are a little different in this. I, for one, can't achieve orgasm through clitoral stimulation alone. If I do not have what's called a g-spot orgasm, I do not feel that I've had one at all. The g-spot orgasm requires penetration (if using fingers, the hand palm facing up and a "come here" motion with the inserted fingers) I'm sure you know all this already.

During oral, I have found that most people change it up too much. It's super important for her to tell you if you're hitting the right spot so you can keep that up. Do you finger her while giving her oral?

Another thing for me is sound. I need to hear the enjoyment of the person I'm with whether it be their breathing changes, moaning, etc. Doesn't have to be super loud or anything, can be very quiet actually as long as I can hear it.

I have a problem in the O- area. I am able to reach an orgam through clittoral stimulation quite easily and by my hand only, but never while having sex. I have been faking for 9 years with my husband, and it eats me up as it feels like i am lying to him.
I discovered my clittoral g spot very early in life. About 5 years old... never realized what it was, just that it was nice.
