Hi! So I just had sex for the first time last night, and it went pretty good, although today I’m feeling some discomfort around the bottom of my vagina, (I don’t know what you can and can’t say on here). It doesn’t burn or sting or anything, it just doesn’t feel how it did before. Anyways is this normal considering that it was my first time? It doesn’t hurt to pee at all and I haven’t been in any other pain at all. Should I just wait a few days to see if it goes away? Thanks for all your help in advance!

Agree, this is perfectly normal. It's so normal that even being sexually active for years can have your perineum (the area to which you refer) feeling sore or tingling sometimes for hours or days after a particularly vigorous session. I, for one, used to enjoy this feeling.That which we forget may as well never really happened.Comment
