Yes, it could certainly be from that. It could be other things, of course, but it's reasonable to believe that his nails irritated and scratched the delicate tissues.

My experience is that women don't really like fingering. I think it is from my fingers being too rough on the surface as well as having the ability to produce too much pressure. Maybe fingering would be better using some sort of glove, such as nitrile, with enough lubricant if natural lubricant is not enough. What I am saying is that it is not only nails that can cause irritation and cuts, but the surface of the skin of the finger as well.

The cervix is deeper in than most single fingers will go as far as I know. Brown is good in that it means that the blood isn't fresh anymore.

Bleeding after sex can be from many things, and sometimes vaginal infections come without obvious symptoms. I would see your gyne to rule out infection just to be safe.

Don't allow a guy to physically damage or hurt you that's stupid. all it does it cause trauma and build up resentment and hatred.
