    I've used one for years and I haven't had any damage.

      It doesn't cause nerve damage, but you could become desensitized. You become used to the feeling of fast rhythmic vibrations, that normal touching won't do much for you, and you'll have to rely on a vibrator to get you off all the time. Do you want that?

            I agree from experience. It sucks and I regret it. Then again, there are women out there who naturally cannot come to climax without the help of one.
