It doesn't have to be a one shot experience but it may be hard to make all of the elements come together to recreate. It doesn't surprise me because the brain is a very big part of reaching orgasm. Having reached orgasm yourself several times just prior to giving him oral sex, your body was tuned to reaching orgasm again with the mental stimulation that you got by giving him oral sex. There was probably a small amount of physical stimulation from you unconsciously shifted your legs as you built toward orgasm. This would be similar to a woman reaching orgasm from an erotic dream. I have a partner who is able to have an orgasm almost with anything I do...I tell her she is VERY lucky.
