Well, I am not nailing anyone at the moment. So I will have to see how it goes. I forgot to mention I take a low dose of SSRI meds but I don't think it is hurting me. I also take propecia which could be hurting me. Not sure though because it has not given me any other side effects.

Ermmmm....duh....propecia causes lack of libido and delayed ejaculation.....

Soooooo, quite possibly....cut your meds down (if you can) or even altogether for a month and see if that helps?

Can't lose the meds. I take wellbutrin (which does not cause sexual dysfunction and a small dose of abilify which could). I have been on meds for over a decade and life is absolutely horrid if I am not taking them.
Propecia can cause delayed ejaculation but I have no other side effects. I also started taking it before I was sexually active so I have no comparison.
I feel I am in a no win situation here. I need to rule out one thing at a time and be patient. I will also go get bloodwork done to see what my testosterone levels are like.

Youre not in a no win situation, it appears to me that youve havent met a woman that knows how to handle your situation. I mean, based on the woman that ended things with you due to you not being able to achieve orgasm, she, in my opinion - was a quitter, coward and narrowminded. Have you actually talked about your situation with any of the women youve been with?

I have told the last 2 women and they were understanding. The thing is they weren't relationship material, at least one wasn't and the other it just fell through.
The thing is I am very horny all the time. A stiff breeze and well, oh. I can also stay erect for multiple hours (actually have done the marathon thing a few times). She usually would get sore though. I really think it is just bad conditioning and am working on it. I would love to get rid of the propecia though.
