    Im willing to bet money he is circumcised. Sometimes a little less skin is taken for whatever reason. Usually its because of an erection during circumcision. (yes, it happens...even in infants) Just a natural body response to stimulation even if its not for pleasure. One of those "loose circumcisions" or maybe he has done some skin stretching.

      Today after sex, it was kind of cold with the fan blowing and I noticed that the skin was covering more of his head than usual and you could only see the tip really. It's not usually like this though. I don't know if it's normal for all guys (I guess I have limited experience) but right after sex his penis seems to shrink to a smaller than normal flaccid size and then goes back to normal later. So this may have contributed to it. I bet he would be weirded out if he knew that I was discussing his genitals in so much detail on the internet lol.
