By 'breathlessness' I don't mean panting as if you've just run for a bus, although at times it might be like that, but more of a light but rapid breathing. Hard to explain. If you don't know whether you are aroused though, you're probably not.

You should experiment with your body yourself, and see if you can work out what makes you feel 'aroused'. Use a citoral stimulation toy on your own and just have playtime!

Arousal has two states - emotional and physical... Both contribute in the preparation for sexual behaviour.

Emotional for me, would be what i call pre-arousal , like meeting a guy, that initial attraction, the reflexes which i do subconciously...such a biting my lip, playing with my hair, my tummy doing somersaults...

Then physical, which is a natural response to the sexual stimulus (i.e. caressing, watching something a little dirty on television)... would be redness across the chest, erect nipples, wetness / increased lubrication in the vagina, loosing a few inhibitions...etc...

So, are you saying that you have no sexual desire?

Well, arousal doesnt generally happen when youre walking around doing the housework...

So, think back to your last relationship... did you experience any of the feelings mentioned above, then?

sorry for the question, or so it may seem to most of you but i really have no idea if and when or what it is, i have bought boks to try and fix other problems but they make the assumption that you know when you are and to just wiat til your fullly aroused, weeeeeeeeeelllll erm sorry but how about spelling it out to thickies like me then as i dont have a clue what it is.

In males:

What teh heck is tumescence? I'm guessing hardness.
But yeah me personally I get some of those things it said up there plus the whole rapid breath but I also cuss a lott more o_o Anyway, basically you just want to do anything sexual xP
