Go to a local "sharper image", or "brookstone" store - they sell various over-priced electronic gadgets. Amon those are vibrating massagers. Its a perfectly respectable store, and the massagers are styled to look innocous (but aren't).

Thank you all for your responses, they sure made me feel better about this whole situation. I think I will try the shower head idea because I am way too shy to buy a vibrator. Is there any way you can purchase one anonymously these days?

My wife uses vibrator and/or showerhead regularly. In her opinion, it does make it slightly less sensitive. HOWEVER. She says that she would easily give up some tiny level of sensitivity for the ability to use the vibe or the showerhead. The vibe and the showerhead are just that awesome.

I'm not sure that it really makes things significantly less sensitive, because when I go down on her she still gets "O"'s like she used to (very quickly and very intensely).
