To each their own. Though really, I believe couples should be open minded and willing to try to indulge in their SO's fantasies from time to time. Besides, it goes both ways. Being GGG has very nice advantages and can keep a couple's sex life from stagnating.

When I first read this it actually made a bit of sense (and made me laugh) then I thought about it for a few seconds... It's absurd to liken a job or a chore to sexual attraction. This line of thinking does not pertain at all. ei- a mechanic who only works on American made vehicles... does that mean they only like American made cars? They might actually hate American made cars. Also, your argument is about the same as saying wearing pink or enjoying show tunes a little too often might just turn a guy gay. We know that is just not right... Right?

And it certainly doesn't make a man homophobic not wanting to have oral sex or to kiss or to hold hands or... I didn't think that homophobia was part of this discussion.

BTW- gf and I had a great time this weekend.

    cheers

Sorry, I just have the "I'm a lumberjack and I'm OK song going through my head now" Seriously what does it matter how "gay" someone is? What does that question even mean???

For couples that do enjoy pegging, I'm curious: Is there some D/S (dominance submission) going on? I've always associated this with pegging, but I'm happy to become better informed.

BTW: I have absolutely no objection to D/S (think its quite fun actually), or any other consensual activity - this isn't intended as a judgement, just curious.

In my personal situation, yes. I generally adopt the dominant role when I'm pegging my boyfriend, just as he often does when we're having regular old vanilla sex.

I think a lot of people have a stylized image of what D/s actually is. It's often associated with chains and leather and heavy bondage and it very well may be, but in my experience, that's not really the case. It's more about the role itself - attitude, talking, teasing, etc. Role reversal is a lot of fun.

I'm sure there are folks out there who incorporate pegging into their "love-making" and keep it sweet and gentle without adopting any certain roles. But yeah, I can't really speak from that perspective. We're sweet and cuddly enough otherwise that when the clothes come off, it's business time.

In my relationship, we are very loving and open. We have started to play around with d/s a bit and I am sure we will get into it a little bit more. Even that will still be in a teasing loving way.

My gf is normally submissive in bed and likes for me to direct our action. She is getting into taking control from time to time. For her, pegging is more about the erotic aspect of watching 'herself' (new package) enter me and being on the thrusting side of sex for once in her life. I enjoyed seeing just how turned on it made her, it made it well worth it.

            cheers!

I've certainly done plenty of pegging and other forms of 'butt play' outside of D/s or BDSM scenarios. In the last 12 months only a handful of oral sex events didn't include analingus or penetration of some sort for either of us. Why wouldn't we? It feels great, nobody gets hurt, and there is always a big finish.

I was happy to read so many positive responses!! OF COURSE a man is not gay if he wants a WOMAN to have penetrative sex with him! (Rolls eyes otherwise)

I think a big part of the thing to remember is that the gay males who do practice anal - which is not all of them - do it for a reason - it FEELS good!
Why wouldn't it feel good to a straight man?

I and my other half recently have added pegging to our sex life - it came out of showering together, and minor anal stimulation during oral. He enjoyed it, and we found ourselves getting more and more into HIS pleasure anally. Also, I find that men who enjoy pegging, or the idea of it are often turned on by the idea of NOT being the one in control - by being the one penetrated, the one who is taken, out of the role of being dominant.

I feel bad tho - because many men are AFRAID to tell their wives or girlfriends that they WANT anal play because of the fear that they will be perceived as gay, or bi-sexual. I can assure you, my other half absolutely LOVES pegging, but would NEVER sleep with another man. He is turned on by the idea of being taken in bed by me, a woman.

Honestly, we too have made this a regular thing - we both enjoy it, and there are ways to make it pleasurable for both parties aside from the 'mental stimulation' the woman gets! We never get many visuals during 'vanilla' sex, so pegging is DEFINITELY a turn on in that the person 'giving' can watch all the things a man usually gets to see that turns him on. (Expressions, noises, the actual 'act'. Its VERY erotic!)

Glad to see so many open minds!

                    LOL
I fully support the education and tutoring idea for both genders but question the 49%. My guess without any back up but personal experience is that number should be somewhat higher. We have to factor in men who give their all for a few months and then slip into the annuals of boring, self focused and infrequent. Oh and the defensive who have no interest in any input their partner may have. I suppose the same could be said of women. Really, sexually, we humans have a long way to go.

Although, as you have said, you would not make a good role model for troubled teens, perhaps you should put yourself forward for the position of National Secretary of Sexual Advancement?

If there is an even number of observations, then there is no single middle value, so one often takes the mean of the two middle values.

In a sample of data, or a finite population, there may be no member of the sample whose value is identical to the median (in the case of an even sample size) and, if there is such a member, there may be more than one so that the median may not uniquely identify a sample member. Nonetheless the value of the median is uniquely determined with the usual definition.

From what I've heard there is significant interest in the VirginGalactic consumer-space travel program purely for the chance of a "100,000 meter club". Yes, there are already people planning to bump-uglies off planet. According to current scientific knowledge we are the first known species of any planet in any solar system to pioneer space travel just so the wealthy could ejaculate in zero-gravity.

FWIW the "poor role model for emotionally troubled teens" is from a Men's Health forum post.

I'm not entirely certain how you'd want me to advance human sexuality. Aside from my plan to hook an fMRI upto people engaged in consensual S&M. I think that would be neat.
