Update

So I received an email from the boy on Friday at work basically telling me he was busy Friday night but not sure about Saturday yet. I thought about calling him this weekend or texting or something and decided against it.

I know I may somehow be misjudging or leave him to wonder what happened, but honestly, I'm just kind of over it. I liked him a lot, but not enough to have to make it all about when *he* is available or feels like talking.

Granted, I haven't figured out what I'll say if he calls, but it'd take a lot of sweet talking to get me back to wanting to date him exclusively again...My options are officially open...

When he calls....dont' sound bitter. Leave things well...it's easier. And it also keeps the door open down the line if circumstances change.

Just let him know the truth.

"Well....I just wasn't getting good vibes from you....I figured it could be because of this, or because of this....I feel it's better we go our separate ways...."

Simple as that.

Thanks OTYA. I wasn't planning on being hateful or mean to him if he called. I do still care about him, and want the best for him. I am just over trying so hard. It's a two-way street and you can only go so far before you need someone to meet you.
