Update!!
Okay, so I met up with my date at a local pizza joint last night. One of those local, homegrown places and they had a jazzy type band playing last night. When he walked up, my first thought was of course "OMG, he looks amazing" lol So we shook hands lol He made a nice icebreaking comment about how he can't believe he shook my hand... I smiled and was like yeah that was reaaaal classy
And the rest of the night went great.
I was super comfortable immediately. He is witty and sarcastic which I love. He was very handsome like I've mentioned previously but he didn't seem overly cocky except in like a joking type way which was great. We have a lot in common, and the things we didn't he was very open to hearing about me and my interests and also sharing his own. We had dinner and then we went down the road to a local irish pub and had a couple more drinks. The date started at 7:30 and ended at 12:30. It was wonderful!
Definitely in the top 3 of first dates I've been on. He said he had a good time and he looked forward to seeing me again so we'll see what happens!!
I woke up with a smile still on my face this morning, and I haven't been able to wipe it off yet

Ha...no snogging just yet, but maybe the next date
And yes, towards the end of the night, there was some flirtatious touching and a nice long hug at the end...of course it was cold so maybe he was just trying to generate some body heat
lol
He was very smiley and mimicked my crossing of my arms and where I put my hands and all that body language stuff and he called me like 5 minutes after we left, so yeah, unless he just really wanted to pretend to like me, it seemed very positive
And yes G&S, 5 hours! It sure didn't seem like that long though since we were talking nonstop. We both had worked all day and I had to work today so it had to end sometime
Now we wait for the callback.....
