Hi Girls, I wanted to get some real opinions on gifts guys have given you in the past, what they were and how they made you feel. So many men out there have no clue what to get for their significant other, so let’s hear it, the good and bad…..

Anything spa related is good. Massage, manicure, pedicure, etc. I'm the most non-girly, tomboy and even I love that stuff.

Basically, listen to her when she talks and when she mentions she likes something or wants to get something for herself, that's a sure bet too. Pay attention to her habits. If she gets coffee at the same coffee shop everyday, get her a gift certificate to that particular place. Stuff like that.

Yeah i find gift cards to be one of the best gifts because then it gives me the option to just go out and go nuts haha. Chocolate is great! jewelery as well! As sourpuss said above massage stuff is great also!

The best gifts are the ones that have a bit of thoughtfulness behind them. Something homemade, or like I said, just show her that you are paying attention.

i got really excited when i thought my fella had left me this gorgeous heart shaped chocolate on my pillow, in a cute cupid box, but it was my daughter who did it. LOL!. still its a good idea.

That's a given. If not, then shame on you.

But other posters are correct, listen and observe in everyday life. You'll find out pretty quickly what she likes and dislikes.

Also, even if you do suprise her, make sure you know why you got what you did.

i love scented candles. if she has any around the house see what kind they are and maybe get her one of those.
