I find it odd that out of every response this thread generated that you only focused on the words of GlassDaemon quoted in your above response.

Seems to me your mind is already made up on everything subject you create a thread on and you are merely here to "stir the pot" and not actually discuss and/or learn something.

Good Point... you should spread the word to your male counterparts that it should take more than a nice rack and a few giggles to get their attention... but a lot of times it DOESN'T.

Women will still be smart, funny, interesting, ambitious, passionate and a lot of men will still ignore that and turn their attention to the lowest common denominator that attracts them about a woman.

Put a woman that has everything a guy has ever wanted in a gf and stand her next to everything a guy has ever wanted in a one night stand and see who gets the attention.

Sounds like more of a male issue than a female one to me.

If women file for more divorces it might not be not loving but wanting to stay alive.

I like the way HD put this lol. XD

I've initiated contact with males before, but my boobs weren't big enough apparently.

Look when a guy is willing to shave/wax from head to toe, put on a pair of stilettos, that let me tell you are killer on the feet, wear a hootchie skirt that is far from comfortable going up stairs, with clothes that are annoyingly tight. I will say he has a lot of work to do. Oh, and don't forget hair and make up.

Oh mai, I have to actually talk to people and have a backbone. (ya know I really don't wanna see a hairless guy in a mini skirt and stilettos... oh wait I've already seen that... XD not the point though)

I'm sorry I think confidence is sexy, my boyfriend confronted me and kissed me without fear of rejection, why? Because it happens, you'll get rejected for jobs(guess what girls get rejected for jobs too), buying a house (oh, wait I think girls can get rejected for that too), many, many, things. Saying you'll get rejected from another person isn't a very good excuse to be afraid, or that you have it so hard. We do these things anyway, we take the chance and when rejected we move on and try again.

The thing is though, women don't have to worry about getting rejected from men because you never initiate contact with them anyway. That was my point and thats why I'm saying men have it alot harder... I have accepted the fact that as a man you have to make the first move, initiate every contact, do all the work, show more love and show more affection than the woman. It's you women who make excuses for not approaching guys, like you are afraid of rejection(so are men, but we HAVE to do the approaching anyway), that men think it's a turn off(which I bet probably very few do), or that it's unlady like or whatever...

You can get rejected in many, many aspects of life though, so yes, there are situations where women get rejected from various things too, that was my point. Fear of rejection is something you better get over, or you will be alone. Fear of rejection doesn't stop me from talking to people. I'm a bisexual female, I've asked out more than one girl and got over the fear of being rejected even after being rejected a number of times. So what then? Move on, get over it, grow a backbone.

I'm not afraid of rejection, I have accepted the fact that as a man I will have to make the first move no matter what. And therefore probably face rejection more than one time, this is a problem you women don't have to deal with(when it comes to finding a partner that is).
