seeing as you have met his family, you would like to assume that he thinks you are in a relationship - as if he wasnt bothered with commitment or ready for it, I dont really see why he would introduce you to them.
As for the facebook thing, I wouldnt really think that much into it. I was with my boyfriend for 3 months until i remembered to change my facebook status. and that was merely down to the fact that when im in a relationship i dont automatcially think 'OH! got to change my facebook status now!'.
You definitly need to discuss this with him. If its on your mind its going to keep eating away at you. Just say it casually - 'seeing as ive met your family, does this mean we're together?' something along those lines.

Honestly, my boyfriend doesn't even touch Facebook aside from getting in touch with family members from time to time. We've discussed that we don't need to virtually change some status on a networking site on the internet to acknowledge the fact that we are together. Talk it out with him to see where this is going.Comment
