There are different ways of seeing this. You don't say how long the two of you were together, which can be a factor in how well you can read him and how well you know his true self. If he is a player then Colorado would be right. If as Cat and Seeker have experienced, he learned what he doesn't and now knows what he does want, then he could be ready to work at making things really good between you. That would be a good thing, assuming he has gotten it out of his system and is sure of what he wants.
