    I understand the OCD issue here, so how about this explanation to try to settle that down.... When you are shorter, everyone over a certain height is tall. Not 6'2", 5'10", 6'8".... just tall. It's not really a height we know, it's just something we see/sense.

    I'm 5'5" and unless you're are within a few inches of my height, you are tall to me. Once you hit 'tall' to me, I don't see a difference (unless it's something drastic and they're standing next to each other).

    It's kinda like the looking at mountains. Mountains are just big(tall). Unless you put them side by side ((it's a mountain, so good luck with that. lol)) you can't really tell which is bigger(taller). You just know they're both big(tall). When you have the numbers in front of you you'll know, but otherwise they just look big(tall).

    I hope that another perspective that can help.....
