do you girls think a 9 inch difference would be weird or is it more common than I think? -
Nope, it's not weird. Unless they lean down, I've had to tiptoe to kiss every guy I've ever kissed. It never seemed weird to me and they never complained. They were all average guys, I just happen to be short. Maybe instead of thinking about your girl with these guys go out and look at all the different combinations of couples. There are so many differences between one person and the next and who chooses to be together. I can't say that that I recognize, without a doubt, any consistencies between couples that is an absolute representation of ALL couples and how happy or unhappy they may be. Especially when focusing on physical aspects.
Maybe instead of valuing the relationship between height differences, you can start thinking about whether or not she's happy with you and loves you. Whether or not you're happy with her and love her when that frame of mind comes up. Thinking about that just seems to make an individuals physical aspects seem so minuscule in the big picture. Not only did she choose to leave the other guys, she chooses to stay with you, even through the stress of insecurities like these.Comment

Is it something about being dwarfed that makes this appealing to short women?Comment

No. Again, you are making it into way more than it is. We don't view people for their height, we view people for who and what they are. Just as much as a man shouldn't NOT date a woman because too short.
Are you saying that you would never ever date anyone shorter than, what 5'2"? No matter how much that woman attracted you with the person she is?Comment

I'm closing your other threads and asking that you please only use this thread in future for any of your concerns, as in reality they all are about the same issue, for you, your issue, where you question height and then size due to height....
Have you enquired as to whether your OCD is affecting your thought pattern in this regard? Because, honestly that is what I think.

OMG! Get over it! You need to get over it! Not her...you! If you don't, you will lose her...then what? Will you blame losing her on some other weird concern of yours? If you can't do it alone...obviously, you can't IMO, then get some help, some meds, some thing to help you get over it.
Enough is enough.
Love comes in all shapes, sizes, colors, ages and heights.Comment

If this question is referring to my response to you, notice I never said anything about it being appealing to me. I said it didn't seem weird and they never complained. Their height was not an attractant to me. I just happened to be attracted to them as people. They could have been tall or short... as long as they were the same people I would have been into them no matter what. Which is exactly why I said it's not weird.
If she was really into guys over 6 feet, she would not be with you because it would be too important to her. Her being with you is proof of her words, is it not?
With that being said, is the only reason you're with her because of her height? I don't understand how you could hold so much importance on her ex's height unless you, yourself see it as a major factor in a relationship.
You must have a truly amazing woman that loves you absolutely unconditionally if she's willing to stick by your side through all of this. Seems like there are so many more important aspects to a relationship to focus on rather than being stuck on something only "skin deep" such as height.Comment
