    now to answer the original post here - I think wmoen are wired to be hopeless romantics, well most women ( this might be argued we grew up with one mission in life - find our prince charming. From the time that we watched our first disney movie, we've believed & dreamed of prince charmings, fantasies & fairies and happy endings that we become too idealist. So we hang on to love even with the tiniest possibility that this could be "the one" ... unlike men - the hunters - when one is over the hunting begins right away ...

    oh well ... as they say men are from mars & women are from venus
