so we talked and he says that maybe he moved in to soon, that he still loves me and wants to still be together and make it work, but he says that living together is a team work and financially he doesnt feel ready...he also said this could be better for us, so we can grow as one he said i was narrow mindded because at first i told him if he left it was over, and he said that it was selfish because how can livin together determin if we stay together that sorta changed my mind..he offered to take me some place today so we can get our mind of off stuff...should i accept? -
So he didn't apologise for acting "possessive" over you, regarding you going out with a girlfriend?
Perhaps it was a shock as it wasn't planned and you just decided and therefore rang/texted about it, but it doesn't matter, his attitude over all of that was out of line, jealousy.
I see an insecure person, one who has fear that you will find someone else, and threw a tantrum.
I see someone who is not "man enough" yet, to apologise when he is wrong and he's dancing around things now, still not communicating with you over what happened, rather, backing out of this "marriage" thing that he sees, it as...
Something he's not ready for, perhaps thinking that if you are just girlfriend and boyfriend and not living together, and you say your going out with Nicole, that's all okay, it's living together as if "married" and you wanting to go out that is not okay.
If that is the case, is this what you want?
It's okay when your semi-single but never when your "married"?
Set him straight on your relationship that he has no reason to ever feel threatened, jealous, ever and that he needs to communicate and apologise for the way he reacted and then ask him, so if we don't live together, your ok with me going out with Nicole, but if i live with you at some stage again, later you won't be, i am just asking is this the case?
