I'm so glad this got off to a good start. When kids have good relationship with a parent I think they are more open because they don't feel so threatened. It's possible that when the actual divorce happens she may react. But with some reassurance that it's normal, I bet she'll be fine with it.

That's a good point, WC, their bond is evident, very strong, non threatening at all.

What will be interesting is how his ex reacts to this, within the Divorce, hopefully, seeing as she set the wheels in motion, she won't be a beatch,

Well, so glad it started ok.

        Told you.

Even if she started the divorce doesn't guarantee she'll be accepting.

Also, let Paige have her space when it does finally happen. You still don't know how she'll react to the finality of it all.

          Thanks pretzel...

I guess I'll find that out in a couple of months Her Mother did ask her where she was and she did state " at Dad's friends house" Mum, asked oh who is that? To which she stated my name.. No doubt now that she's home with Mum, the questions will happen.

Last night he advised that his sisters have set a date this week, to go out together with David and myself, dear lordy, isn't it nerve racking commencing new things, I think I'm only this way because we're in that separation thingy and a child.. All new, but all good

Meeting the sisters,eh? Can be scary.
I'm sure it will go fine. Sis's sometimes are very protective of male sib.s. , I'm sure they will see his relationship w/ u as a great improvement.

I wouldn't disagree with that either.

But I don't have any sisters so I have no point of references.
