You are more than likely correct, but I still think it would be a mistake to make that assumption without some legal council to clarify. The situation she has outlined isn't that of a pimp, and prostitute, it was privately arranged sex for money, and on multiple occaisions. If he has proof of such transactions, she is just as guilty for soliciting sex as he is for paying for it.
