You know, if you had said that you have seen him every month or so for one and a half years, i'd be answering different, but 3 weeks together, is still very lustful, you could move, things don't work out, you get to see his habits, see a different side of him and then realise that you were in love with the idea of being in love....
I wouldn't throw that away, it will financially cripple you for a long time, on a "hope"...
Why can't "he" move to you? What's stopping him? You have a valid reason why not to, sure he may work but can't he transfer jobs, or find a new one himself?
