no im not an only child, 1 of 3 actually..
he ended up replying and i did spend the night with him, it was how it used to be, before all the fighting begun , i had fun but i know i still like him and i really don't want to be hurt... i was so afraid that he would just treat me like a booty call, but he didnt pressure for sex at all, he let me make the first move.. and the attraction for him as intensified even more so now.. ( im a little scared that my feelings for him are going to get the better of me).
i don't know if he likes me or if he is just using me, i want to know but im too scared to find out cause im afraid that he doesn't.

he said he wants to keep this going until i move, how can i supress my feelings?

It was only one month that you were with him and 3 years with your ex.

I would imagine, initually this guy did want a semi- relationship you weren't the sort of person to allow yourself to be a booty call

I suspect though that you were stronger as you did still have feelings for your ex at the beginning and it was a challenge therefore.

I believe that when he saw you gained feelings, the chase was over for him, he's a player. Look how he manipulated you into sleeping with him again, even when he was blatant about it telling you that he just wanted (one more time). Or, you can wait to see him "after" your periods had finished ? Or that he hit on your friend, he did that because he wanted your reaction, he wanted you to find out, and crawl back into bed with him.

Do you really think you should be sleeping with him until you move? Or do you want to respect yourself knowing that you have feelings, he doesn't, he's getting what he wants, you are not and in addition, seriously, from the sounds of it, you may not be the only one he is now sleeping with..

Not at all trying to hurt you, you deserve better is what I am telling you... Stand tall, be assertive and call his bluff, "player" that's all I wanted to know.. Seeya. And never speak to him again. You walk with your head high, you turned it on him, basically saying I slept with you to see if in reality you are a player and you are.

i know this is not what i want to do but for some reason i can't bring myself to let him go. i know i am being stupid and i know i am setting myself up to get hurt but when we are together its alot of fun. i keep changing my mind, one minute i want it then the next i don't. he is getting fustrated with me constantly changing my mind.. he knows i like him so why can't he just let me go and go **** around with other chicks?? i have asked him this and he always avoids giving an answer..

i know you probably think im stupid for still talking to him. but idn , hes someone to kill time with and enjoy a good time. i am still talking to my ex of 3 years, they treat me totally different , i feel like two different people when i am around both of them. my ex of 3 years , i still have feelings for, we are just friends though and i have no desire at all to be with him..

I wasn't trying to dig at you by asking if you were an only child, just something you mentioned prior made me ask out of idle curiosity - my bad.

Listen to CW, regardless of how blame should be apportioned for the break up with this guy the upshot is that he only wants sex, and you only want a relationship.

He doesn't sound like he's prepared to waver and if you acquiesce then you find yourself being used. Unless you're prepared to be treated like this you need to avoid him. Whether or not he is a player, as CW says he's certainly behaving like a player now. We all know that by 'just meeting up' one thing will lead to another, it's the 'do you want to pop back for coffee?' thing again.

I'm sorry this hasn't worked out. If anything your best chance is to make yourself 'unavailable' for at least a week and wait for him to contact you. If he's genuinely interested and prepared to treat you with respect he'll need shape up; or ship out if he's not.

How long were you two dating seriously for?

In light of this^^^, I can understand why after (your words) "I kept pushing him away" he isn't prepared to commit to a relationship. You'll need to prove to the guy you're not ambivalent about him before you can reasonably expect him to commit to you, that's only fair.
