Hi Mandy, I'm 49 and hate to admit it but I look at it on a weekly basis. It may just be a quick look or not. My wife knows about it and certainly doesn't like it. I respect that and go at great lengths not to let her know or let it interfere with us. As long as its not affecting her and she doesn't know about it she is fine. She wonders why I feel the need but I think it is something I just grew up with. It may be something that has been with him a long time, you just may have found out now. I agree with others that most men would not want to be with a porn star. They wouldn't want to do some of the things they see also, its just a quick fantasy. I know my wife has had her fantasies and frankly I dont want to know what they are. My wife will let me put a porn in once in a while when we want to get a little extra excited. We did that plenty when we were younger. It is probably the fact that you and her feel like we like the other girls better and find them more attractive. Its not that, its just something we do. I know plenty of guys and some girls that look at it and know some that dont or as least act like they dont. Talk to him. Let him know it bothers you. I know you said its disgusting but there are some good films that are more mild and it just may be the ticket to getting him excited in you more often. Just dont let it hurt you anymore because him looking at it probably has nothing to with anything.Comment

That has to be really difficult. Not knowing what your boyfriend is thinking or going through that causes him to resort to porn instead of you. I think many men are addicted to porn because they are scared. Rather than dealing with physical intimacy with their partner, where feelings, emotions and other forms of fluid communication (where moods can change at a moments notice or peoples' minds can change instantly) occur and something can be said or done that might hurt them, men tend to revert to online porn because they can distance themselves from the activities that they are seeing.
I believe fear has a lot to do with it too. He might feel that he is not good enough or unable to perform at his best or please you the best he can. A man's ego is one of their most fragile assets in a relationship and men tend to want to feel in control or in charge, like nothing is wrong.Comment
