The things I think should be covered in a relationship/marriage contract are:
Finance: How much of income will be shared/separate, how will expenses be covered (50/50 or % of individual income to total income, or one supporting the other through school/child rearing, etc.), previous personal debt, savings for future purchases of joint property, disposition of joint property if/when relationship reaches an end point.
Personal Time: A clear spelling out of expectations of time spent apart, how much time alone or apart is needed for personal well being, any activities that would be deemed breech of contract during time spent apart.
Sex: This could be graphic or general, but I believe the more graphic the better. Is the relationship monogamous? If it is open what is and is not allowable? Fetishes or kinks and if they are allowed to be pursued outside of the relationship if they are something your partner is not able or willing to fulfill. How periods of low or missing sex drive on the part of one may be handled by the other, with clearly defined time frames.
Children: Expectations, responsibility for BC, contingencies in the case of unexpected pregnancy. Custody and support expectations should the contract not be renewed after the birth of children.
Breeches: Consequences of breech of contract.
Do you think your current (or a past) relationship would benefit from being contractual (with renewal/renegotiation periods of let's say 5 years)? And are there any additional items that you think should be added?
