How To Seduce A Man, Turn Him On and Make Him Yours

Have you tried to seduce a man but found you were going about it all wrong? Here's why it didn't work according to REAL men, experts, and other members!

In fact, "How do I seduce him" is such a popular topic at WHI we wrote an entire article about it, including one-on-one interviews with men & relationship experts!

    You can read it here:

You don't need to wear lingerie, role play, or do other silly things to seduce a man. I'll share what REALLY makes him want you, and how to turn him on. According to the men and medical experts I spoke with, there is no one-size-fits-all way to turn every man on. Even I was pretty surprised by what I found out.

Whether you consider yourself a seduction amateur or a temptress pro, I'd love to hear your thoughts and experiences!

From a mans perspective what i love being seduced by is a woman who knows what turns her on or at least knows what she wants to explore.

Most guys want to be able to give a woman what she she does by herself or fantasies about.

I love being pleasured during a "power move" Being told i am needed to use my tongue while she watches porn is really hot.

Its cliche and a bit uncouth but I love being told that im big, thick, smooth etc. I don't believe this should be done with guys who have confidence issues which are kind of true. However, being told its the only one for you or its the best you've had is an excellent compliment which he knows isn't bs.

Finally, with new partners ive always said tell me how I can be the best you've ever had. More guys should have that as their mantra rather than any size

I love this! Thank you for sharing! In researching for this article I was really surprised to find how much advice there is out there for women that is so generalized and just, wrong! It really all boils down to getting to know the person as a person in order to learn what they truly need/want.

I also found that when interviewing male subjects (I should've interviewed you! ) many of them were hesitant to share their TRUE feelings with me on this subject. I am glad we finally broke those barriers, because how can we learn from each other if we won't be open and honest?

Thanks for reading and chiming in, MrMr!

I am very much an open book and happy to provide any perspective. Opening the dialogue is how things get better

Sex and seduction should always be approached the same way as listening to anything approached with personality and passion.

My favourite personality attribute when interacting with anyone (male or female) is hearing someone speak with passion.

It can be about a subject i know nothing about (i actually prefer this) but talking freely about the subject matter.

It could be about carpentry, music, tech or whatever. Its the passion in which it's discussed that encapsulates me.

The same attention (arguably more so) should be given with sex.

Sometimes the discussion can be more enticing than the subject matter.

More importantly it opens a dialogue.

For those worried about causing offence or off putting then slow and cautious can be the approach. Building on ideas.

For those with confidence issues then online games or questions can be a great way of opening that dialogue.

There are episodes on YouTube. Let me know when you've watched a few episodes and we can have a conversation about it

It's true what Ashlee T. said, we need to get to know each person individually and find out what they like, what turns them on.

As a man that's been married for nearly 20 years, the art of seduction definitely takes on a whole new meaning. Many of you may be familiar with the saying, "a lady in the streets, a freak in the sheets". While yes, that is true, it's far more involved than that. What works best for me is a woman that:

1 - Is confident in her own skin. As we get older and have kids, it can be difficult to remain in peak physical condition and that can wreak havoc on a person's confidence. Regardless, if you're thin, plump, tall, short, or whatever...OWN IT! Just remember, YOU ARE SMART, BEAUTIFUL, AND SEXY! He's with YOU. He wants YOU. So revel in that fact and don't worry about other details like "how do I look, taste, smell, feel, etc.". Trust me, at that moment, he's not.

2 - Knows what she wants. Whether you're more dominant or submissive in the bed doesn't matter. Just have an idea of what you want and communicate that to your partner.

3 - Can be vocal. If it feels good, say so. If it doesn't feel good, say so. If you want it, say so. If you don't want it, say so.

4 - Can leave her inhibitions at the door. That's not to say things need to get too kinky or too far out of your comfort zone (unless that's what you and your partner are into). But be open and willing to explore new things. Likewise, be confident and unapologetic with the old things.

This may seem like a lot, but all in all, it's really about your state of mind. Lingerie, scented candles, sex toys, and beyond can be fun and exciting. But they will never make up for something that is missing at your core. So be the best you that you can be.
