You will probably have more issues with your body than your partner will. Some research since our baby was born leads me to believe he will probably be fine with your new body but you will take some serious adjusting time no matter how small any changes may be.

You need to bear one thing in mind here too.

Think of it this way, if he didn't want to spend the rest of his life with you he wouldn't even be thinking about having a child with you, so therefore he wont think that you having a child is a turn off. Think of the term 'yummy mummy'. Once you are all back in shape and settled down with the baby routines and everything life couldn't be better. You will just need to learn to relax and not worry about what he might think about you afterwards after all would he have a baby, men think a of a lot of us for being able to have babies and then once going through that pain doing it again!! Ask a lot of men their response is normally something along the lines of 'f*ck that'.
He will love you for who you are and what you have given him in his life so you shouldn't worry about that at all
