Lol JoeyB makes me wonder why guys get married in the first place if they are just gonna muck around a mess with a girls feelings. Monogamous relationships are hard that's why its common to hear people in their 40's say they are on their 2nd or even 3rd marriage.. when times get tough people don't want to work on improving it and most times it's impossible, right now I feel like me and my bf would be together for a long time though it would be silly for me to expect forever. Right now I am insanely happy with our relationship that we spent 100,000% of our efforts building, I don't think i'd ever find a more selfless and caring relationship with another man.. If i dumped every man who thought about having sex with another women, i'd be single for the rest of my life, i'm happy with a mutual agreement -
Ok be forewarned this is a touchy subject.....
Have you ever considered swinging? I know it sounds taboo and most people would tell you its disgusting and those people have no morals and all kind of other ignorant comments. But to me, it sounds like this lifestyle could work for you guys. I personally am not, nor is my boyfriend (for our own reasons), but we do actually have some friends that are swingers and all of them say the lifestyle has taken them to a place of honesty and openness that they never thought they would achieve being monogamous. You set your rules in place, what he is allowed to do, what you are allowed to do, and you play infront of eachother. if youre strong enough to say that you could see yourself having a one night stand and thinking nothing of it, then your relationship would probably be able to be strengthened by the lifestyle. however, it is not a quick fix to keep someone from cheating, you do have to be very secure and you guys have to talk ALOT! but hey you might find that watching him with someone else turns you on, or he may find that watching you with someone else turns him on. you would be surprised at how many people do this, and how many people love it. for me, i would rather try the lifestyle, where i can supervise and monitor, rather than trust him out on his own with some random girl from a bar.
hope this helped.Comment
