I am too upset to wear it. Hearing things I didn't want to hear but I'm glad I did.... I don't know what to write. I just need some little words of comfort. I'll put the ring on again. I just can't wear it for a few days. I'm so scared to lose this.

I agree this is the only place to turn to for me as well and Im so thankful to everyone... and yes I too have kept my ring aside for a while just to get a breather and I know I will wear it back real soon.... i too am in a similar situation when words fall short to express wht goes inside... but i suggest take some time off.. you have not committed any crime by now wearing your ring... I agree with Buttercup80 (sorry you are dealing with this too!)-this is probably one of the best forums out there for support and information.
Sometimes we all need a cooling off period...things can be said in the heat of the moment that can't be taken back. Relationships are a constant work in progress. I know you can make it through this rough patch, just take some time.
