Thanks all of you, I really do enjoy reading all of your comments, Fire i think that the problem with what you have advised is that neither one of us are religious in a sense that we go to church and the whole nine yards, he is catholic and I am a 360 degree turn around from him and i am wiccan, go figure right? well we decided that a neutral ceremony would be best for all that are involved, and the fact that we want it to be intimate between us because this is a promise to each other that we are going to be spending the rest of our lives together, was very important to us, that's why we wanted just a small ceremony, even if it is at the justice of the peace. I think that now all that needs to be done is to sit down with both sets of parents and discuss how they feel about it and also let them know that this is something that we want to do. Thanks
