I had that same problem...anemia. It made for some HORRID periods. It was like I had been stabbed with a knife and the blood was just flowing from a gaping wound. It was terrible. It seemed like gallons of blood. Since I got the anemia under control...no more problems!!

I hate depo

I bled every day (every single day with no breaks) for seven months while I was taking depo. Plus, now I have low bone density and my feet hurt a lot.

I have been on the depo shot for about 9yrs. no period, cramps. the only problem i have is the slow weight gain. 6 years ago i was about 119, now i am 132. i was told you gain about 11 pounds every five years.

I didn't have any weight gain, but then I do the
Calvin Test. If the Calvins do not go on, I stop
eatting until they do.

About twice in my recent past I've failed the
Calvin test and fasted.

I love Depo!!! I have been on it for almost 4 years with 1 break for about 6 mon. I cant remember my last period or my last cramp. I bled for a month after my first shot and nothing after that. I would trade one month over 1 week a month any day. I think its like everything else it depends on your body. I like the idea of not worring.

I Absolutely Hate The Depo. I Only Had One Dose Of It (3 Months) And For The Most Of My Three Months On It...i Bled So Much. It Was Awful. I Had No Sex Life With My Husband Because Of It. I Guess Its All The Marketing...get This...get That..all B's.
