Cat, a couple of my girlfriends get these and swear by them. I think I'll try it out soon. Seems a lot easier. BUT, my girlfriend did say that it hurt. She takes a couple of advil before she goes and she said it's pretty tender for a day.

I was party to a conversation about lady garden trimming where she used and epilady and there was blood and skin.

I think 2 days on the wax is good. See a professional. I like Tex's idea I have done this and it is super kinky, trusting and he can do it as far as he wants.

I got my first brazilian wax this summer, and I am hooked!

A few things though: it hurts like you wouldn't believe the first time you get it done! I still make sure to take a super-strength ibuprofen a couple hours before I go. My waxer also warned me against having sex for the first couple of days because some women find it painful. I myself find that I am red for a couple of days, so I would advise waiting a while before having sex. The key to the brazilian wax is to exfoliate, exfoliate, exfoliate! My friend made sure to warn me about this, because she ended up getting some horrible ingrowns after her first time. I've never had an ingrown from waxing, and I hope to never get one!

exfoliate yes it stops the ingrowing hairs. Probably not a problem for you as you indicated you use a razor now which is much worse.

And you can get some stuff for ingrowing hairs but I cant remeber what it's called

I've thought about it too, but I'm thinking a shot of tequila instead of the Advil!
