I just found what I assume to be a little bit of plastic wrap from the tip of an OB tampon in my vagina. I had my period about 2 weeks ago, so it would have been in there about that long. Has this ever happened to anyone else? Should I be worried about anything? I haven't had any pain or discomfort or unusual discharge.

I don't see how I'd miss the plastic on there so no it hasn't happened to me. It shouldn't be harmful though. Plastic is inert and should do nothing in the vagina so long as you don't have irritation from it scraping tissue.

I am aware of a female friend of mine where the condom came off and was inside her for about a week before it worked its way out by itself.

Plastic is inert and provided it was clean you should'nt have any issues.

THIS JUST HAPPENED TO ME.

My boyfriend was fingering me and asked me to check because he felt something funny. After a little digging (was extremely awkward) I came out with that little prize.

It had been approximately 2 weeks since my period. I am never using those OB tampons again.

This absolutely just happened to me!! My husband had been describing a scrapping similar to when I used to have and IUD. I had him explore manually, he found texture then I felt and was able to abstract it. It was folded up firm plastic from tip. The way they peel in middle leaves a top piece and a bottom to remove. I may have been closer to an entire month, felt nothing.
