I asked my father who is a alternative med doc. we are from india now in the states, what you girls can do for vaginal discharge female disease and issue. Most women in india do not have a lot of female problems, although most are not even on birth control our hormones and female system are controlled with herbs. This is good treatment for discharge problems you can probably find some online and order it:

    Ashoka, Guduchi, Shatavari, Amalaki, Neem

Take these and in months time it will show effect. Herbs are slow so you have to take it daily and be consistent and patient. I am actual going off birth control thank goodness, I have a cyst issue and moving to a cyst herbal program he set up for me. I would def give it a go!

missbutterfly, I googled all the herbs you listed and I definitely think I'm going to give it a shot! Especially the Ashoka--when I googled it, the FIRST thing that came up was a link about its benefits for women with excessive discharge and gynecological problems! I've actually decided that if my doctor doesn't consider the CV thing at my appointment on the 20th, I'm going to take a break and cleanse my body and probably just try this new herbal treatment and see what happens. My doctor (the current one, at least) said if the clindamycin cream didn't work she'd either put me on yet ANOTHER steroid, put me back on birth control (which I won't do, I'm done with birth control forever), or "trial and error" with various other medications. I'm tired of "trial and error"-ing, I understand sometimes it's necessary but after THREE YEARS of it, with no signs of a bacterial or yeast problem (which btw, CVSTINKS, I have been tested for atypical yeast), I can't justify continuing to damage my body and waste my money with it. I'm at the point where I am convinced no antibiotic is going to cure me, and I've almost come to the point where I've accepted this is my life and I'll have to learn to cope. It makes me sad, but I don't know that there are any more options after this.

Anyway, sorry that my way of saying thanks for the herbal info turned into a rant...CVSTINKS just got me thinking about the whole idea of needing to eventually live your life. I guess I could have it worse, I could have some truly debilitating disease. Now all I can do is try to control my symptoms naturally and cross my fingers that something will work eventually.

If you do decide to check out herbs go into it not expecting it to be a magical cure just like by now with your experience with regular antibiotics or steroid treatments that docs are trained to prescribe. Also DO NOT buy from online sources. If you have to drive an hour to find a certified herbalist shop in the city then do it-and don't go to the shady run down areas of town. The herbalist must be certified, thereby having an education of said remedies. Anyone else be extremely wary and cautious of. Herbs are still drugs and can cause massive problems because they are not going to be as widely researched and there are tons and tons of sketchy salesmen who claim to know what they are doing but do not care about your health because they are looking for a quick buck and know people will go for the "ONLY CURE AVAILABLE IS ALL NATURAL I HAVE IT HERE!!!" type remedies.
There are those who believe that dictionaries should not merely reflect the times but also protect English from the mindless assaults of the trendy.

yeah herbs are not for everyone but you never know until you try how something can work for you. Ill reverify with my dad on the treatment and make sure he feels that those are the strongest for gyno and vaginal discharge issues. And post it up just for reverification so we know that he is feeling strong on those You can get them online just get them from a good source. Next time he calls which will be likely soon hah.. Ill recall them out make sure he isn't missing or thinking any stronger better combos for you. I'll go over some of your previous post with him and that way he is strong idea of your history. I know its hard sometimes to let go but if you can't get answers, gosh putting yourself through drug after drug think of your organs. I'll have up a post for you soon just to reverify with him he was a bit busy when I asked last time. Best of Luck!

Oh by the way here are the functions of these herbs I just wanted to put this up for you so you can see, but I will still verify with him.

Ashoka- vaginal discharge and gyno disorders
Guduchi- is used to improve the immune system and the body's resistance to infections.
            Shatavari- hormone balance
Amalaki- an antioxidant to your cells (this would be to restore health to the cells after antibiotic usage), it also enhances fertility, and help with the aging process for women.
Neem- infection fighter, helps in protection from all the microorganisms, and hormonal acne.

I don't expect anything to ever be a cure at this point. I'm aiming for something to HELP, not to make it disappear. I had a long conversation with a friend last night about how I'm at the point of accepting that I will always have this to deal with, but I honestly can't continue to pour time and money into pumping my body full of random antibiotics and steroids and who knows what else when I know for a fact they will probably not help. I know for sure it's not an infection, and that's all I really need to know to put an end to damaging my body even further. If I think it's bad that my vagina has issues, imagine how I'd feel if all the medicines did something else to me and I had more than one major problem to deal with.

By now, I'm convinced I simply have some sort of imbalance--whether it's CV or something else, I think whatever is wrong with my vagina is something that can only be eased by a lifestyle change. Obviously, I will be open to finding something to fix the problem; but I can't continue to put up the enormous fight I've put up for 3 years. It's draining and I can feel it taking its toll.

your welcome, ill be going back to herbs myself. BCP is not helping my ovary cyst problem and troubles so I'm to the point of trying something else and I was better off on herbs when I was in India than this BCP. Wishing us to get well and gain new skills to at least cope better!
