Help/ Looking for someone with relative symptoms, NEW :D

I am 22 years old, I am 5'6" and weigh 248 lbs (equal amounts of muscle/fat).
I stopped having periods when I was 17. I do not have any diseases or std's. I am not pregnant.
    I am extremely moody,
    I am nervous,
    I have hot flashes,
when I am cold or hot I get blotchy, either red, or purple, or both.
I am extremely tired, all the time, no matter my sleep schedule.
I feel I am extremely stressed, and have my hands full, yet my life is fairly simple.
I get angry, and paranoid frequently, and it effects my work behavior.
I do not want to have sex.
I do not have any good feelings other than my clitoris,
    My breasts are unsensitive.
I was put on birth control and had a full on HEAVYHEAVY period until I stopped taking it after a month.
I have acne/small systs on my arm pits and thighs,
I have very strong body odor.
    I am so miserable.
    I am trying different things,
but every time I start something, I give up because I havent found any good remedies yet.
    What to do?

Sorry for being blunt, but what's to hide?

What kind of stuff have you tried?

Birth control, I got some phytoestrogen pills from a store, and they brought me something I believe was a period, then I quit taking them, then the next month I did have a brown color discharge, then it was gone again. Now I have some evening primrose oil, which I think it did help my mood a tiny tad, but thats about it.

You, like me, could stand to lose a few pounds. You're being blunt, so I will too.

When I was about 19-20 I went to the bathroom and blood came out from my rectum. (Incidentally I was in somewhat decent shape at this point). I had no clue what was going on. I called my father frantically asking for help. He asked me if I was straining. I was so alarmed that I couldn't remember. He asked me some more questions and told me some stuff that calmed me down. I went to the doctor a few months later and it turned out I had hemorrhoids. I'm very averse to medication. So what it meant for me is that on a regular basis I would have bleeding, itching, pain, and swelling. Sometimes (about 3 or 4 times a year) the pain was crippling.

Not taking medicine didn't mean that I did nothing. I started consuming large amounts of water daily and eating a high fiber diet. Eventually I became a vegetarian to make sure that my system was running clean, fast, and loose. Hard movements were the enemy. I still had issues, but I managed.

What does this have to do with you? Last year I turned 37. I have struggled with my weight since I was a boy. I was heavier than ever before and pretty fed up with it. I watched this movie called "Fat, Sick, and Nearly Dead." It motivated me to go on a green juice fast. I only lasted a week, I lost close to 15 lbs. I thought I'd drop some weight, but I wasn't expecting that much. But that's not why I'm telling you this. I had some unexpected results. First of all I felt extremely mentally sharp - moreso than I had ever remember feeling. It was almost like a high. Some weird rashes that I get on the back of my hand during the cold months disappeared. Discomfort that I had from tendonitis/heel spurs also vanished. All in just one week. I couldn't believe it. The most amazing thing of all though is that my hemorrhoids were gone! No bleeding, no pain, no itching, no swelling - gone. This issue that had plagued me for my entire adult life went as quickly as it came.

I've kept most of the weight off as my recent checkup assured me. Unfortunately, the stupid rashes came back. I still have some stiffness in my feet but not like before. But it's been about a year and there has been no sign of the hemorrhoids. I don't know how or why I got them in the first place or how and why this made them disappear. It had become a part of my life. I go regularly and the majority of the time there was some kind of bleeding or discomfort which lasted between trips to the bathroom. Now, as far as I can tell, my butt is normal. My theory is that the dense intake of nutrients was good for me, but that the main benefit was just the rest I gave my system that allowed it to heal.

Just a few hours ago I asked my wife if she was ready to go again. She is. I'm shooting for two weeks this time. It's hard, but the unhealthy things we take into our bodies and the obesity are death-dealing. And before they kill us they cause untold problems that affect us all differently. I don't know if this would do anything for you. I highly recommend checking out the movie, though. We streamed it on netflix. It's two bucks on youtube, but you might be able to find it free somewhere. The guy who made the documentary had skin issues. That was his motivation. Your skin problems are what made the connection in my mind. The movie is not just excellent in terms of the drama, but it is uplifting and highly motivational. I can't recommend it to you enough.

          I wish you well.

Thanks for the story, Glad your butt is better. I am going to get a drink mixer from Kroger's, I also have another thread in the weight loss section, honey and cinnamon. I have been recommended this before, and didn't try it, but kroger's has a blender drink mixer for about 20.00. (its only for making drinks, and I know it isn't the same as a juicer). I have issues with the costs of fruits and veggies, I cannot get them to last me, they go bad pretty quickly, are there any secrets? Can refrigeration help the lifespan of my fruit?

No, a blender is not a juicer. But you might be able to make some healthy smoothies. You can get a lot of the same effect. Also you can see if you can buy a decent gently used juicer on ebay or something if you want to try juicing.

How long are you expecting produce to last? Refrigeration will definitely buy you some time, but if you're expecting it to last weeks and weeks, then you might be asking too much with most things. My wife freezes bananas and berries. They can last months and be available for a cool smoothie.

I don't have much in the way of tips except to buy fresh and eat fresh. Buying in season makes a difference too. If you find a nice fruit and vegetable market you can often get stuff a lot cheaper and fresher than at Kroger.

One other thing, this may not be exactly the right place for this thread. The health area might be better. I think the moderators might be willing to move it.

We leave our bananas in the bag, and luckily it was only two, they became spotted over night. But I am clear on the fresh subject now.

Believe it or not, our area is terrible, and the best place to buy our fruits and things is Kroger's. Maybe that is why people are so unwilling to try?

One of my tricks to " fresh " is that I have a Seal a Meal and a Dehydrator.
Used in Thrift Stores cost for both is about $25-$40 and New is about $110.
                  with a Warranty.

When Food is in Season, I buy bulk, either Freeze Dry it or I Seal it and put in Freezer or Shelf.

                  Some items ..
I can just par boil or par cook, then Seal using the Dry or Moisture button.
And it can stay on shelf for up to one year. Except for Twinkies.. You Just cannot do wrong with them.
Kinda like the Old "Canning and Preserving" stuff I had no Choice to do , But am so glad I know how to NOW .

Kinda like the Military MRE's .
                  It's all in the Preparation.
                  How it's sealed.

You can make Fruit "Roll Ups"
You can Blend Fruits and Veggies, Freeze or Fridge them or Just Dry roll them .
I also make home made Jerky. I am Unwilling to pay $4 for 2.5 Ounces.

Your Weight loss is going to be on your " Diet " or Healthy Eating.
