Even though I'm on pill, I still got cramps when I get my period, and they can hurt an awful lot. I've tried painkillers, but they'd only soothe it for awhile and then come back. So yeah, ladies, how do you cope with your menstrual pain? I'm on my period right now and hurting like hell.

If the pain meds you use only help for a couple hours, you may want to try a different medication or check your dosage.
Hope you feel better.

Heat can help to alleviate your cramps because it relaxes the muscles that are contracting and causing the pain. I created a portable heating pad that provides heated relief in the front and back.
