I don't have any dectectable illnesses besides mild PCOS that consists of cycles having from 30 to 60 days, acne and healthy looking ovaries.
Is there any reason for spotting in the first half of the cycle but not second? Before ovulation. I have heard of spotting in luteal phase and there is a whole bunch of both natural and pharmaceutical remedies for it. What what is even painful spotting in the first half of the cycle? Have you had experience with that? How to avoid it?
