It does sound like depression may be part of the problem. But, don’t feel like it's a huge, scary thing or that you have to be feeling horrific to have it.. there are varying degrees of depression and many many ways to deal with it. Depression is one of those things that gets labeled and stigmatized, this leads people to deny they may have it but if you do that it might get worse further down the line. Don’t ignore or avoid something that’s bothering you or causing you stress, get it checked out, take care of yourself, number 1! xx
