i'd like to hear about your experiences with your kegel exercises...whether you use a particular device like the kegel master or u have a technique that helps you to strengthen the pelvic floor muscles..

anyway i have to get going look forward to reading about your experiences any tips or info you may like to share..

Have done kegels for years, started using a kegel master this year and it does make a difference. I had some trouble with sudden urgency and it has significantly reduced, however you do have to be consistant in doing them.

thanks for the reply... yeh i have had mine for a month and have noticed heaps of changes...tighter muscles, wetter, stronger orgasms.... i just wondered if this was too good to be true.. also when i do the exercises i find im having an orgasm is that suppose to happen lol...well its a nice pay off for doing exercises.

I've orgasmed doing kegels before but not with the kegel master. If it's working it can't be too good to be true! Every woman should have one of these!

Stylerock, keep looking, they should be $98 at manufacters recommended price. I talked to them about a distributorship earlier this year and that was the retail. Should come with an instructional disk too. Don't need the mini vibe with it, the idea I guess is it helps you 'find' the muscles? She can find them by just stopping her pee, those are the muscles.

Elizabeth, the kegel master is a device to enhance the effectiveness of kegels. It looks rather like a slender dildo, opens up to allow springs to be placed inside, doing kegels with it creates resistance and works the pc much more effectively.
