I practice kegel exercises often but typically only through exercise activity or while sitting at my desk doing the squeeze and release. I haven't seen any great results from this sexually, though I know it benefits in other ways as well. I don't have the extra money to spend on the kegel master but am interested in any suggestions you all my have for exercises that work well.
Also do you all see more sexual satisfaction from your partner due to the increase in kegel "strength"?Comment

DH had to do these after rectal surgery and it helped him a lot health wise. He was a real mess and I highly commend whoever came up with one for men.
The device (I had to look for it) is the Pelvexiser-M and it comes with parts for men or women.
Its like a small replaceable "dildo" with a blood pressure kind of meter to measure the amount of pressure. BTW DH "thought" he was doing Kegels until he got this and having the feedback helped him do them properly.
