    Too much sex?

Have questions about oil-based personal lubricants for marathon sex?

Lately I've been having sex about 2-3 times a day for the last 4 or 5 days. My vagina is really raw and sore and I haven't been doing it at all for about 3 days now, because its been so sore and stingy. This is normal right? I'm not shaved and my b/f is quite hairy himself. Is it just the normal tearing that occurs, our pubic hair rubbing hard on my vagina and outside of it or a bit of both? I was worried about a yeast infection because I don't think I have ever had one and not sure if it is this or not. I just wanna make sure I'm ok and wonder if any other women have had similar experiences and how they dealt with them. Any advice or help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

The lady's here I'm sure will answer this better but just a note on my own experience with my stbx. When we had periods of sex often she got raw and sore for a couple of days and so was i but it never came to nothing. Just like anything else, when something gets "used it gets bruised"

How sexually active were you before these 4 or 5 days? I think they used to call this the honeymoonitis or some such thing. Maybe slow it down a few days? It's supposed to be about pleasure. In my youth 6 or 7 times in a day was not a problem but you do have to be well aroused!

Wouldn't mind having that problem again!

Sounds like you're just sore. Give it a few more days, and if it's not better go to the doctor. I bet you'll be fine though.

Lmao this sounds familiar. My boyfriend and I go through periods of constant sex and it usually ends in soreness or a yeast infection.. or both (Always worth it).

When it comes to yeast infections, it is recommended that you see your doctor for your first one so they can tell you how to take care of it and prevent it next time. But don't worry, they aren't scary. Yeast infections have varying symptoms, but none of them would prevent you from participating in everyday activities.

As for the soreness, it'll go away soon and I doubt you tore something because I've been there, and you would know.

I agree its probably just a little tenderness from all the action :-) Using a lubricant for the marathon or repeated sessions in the future might help with some of the tenderness I would imagine. Good for you though, not good for the irritation obviously but good to hear someone coming to the board with a "too much sex" concern than a "too little" hehe.
