    Sex toy recommendations?

    Have questions about vibrators?

    We’ve got more answers!

Read our article, “Everything Vibrators: Your Complete Guide To Personal Pleasure” here:

    Hello all,

My apologies if this has been asked before - I was looking online and feeling very overwhelmed by the plethora of options available and have no idea where to start!

I've never had a sex toy, and have no experience with them and know nothing about them. I'm interested in a massager/clit stimulator that I can use during sex in lieu of my hand (or rather my bf's hand), so that we can both enjoy a better variety of positions. I, like many others it seems, can't orgasm without clitoral stimulation, and therefore don't get much out of positions like doggy style (which is my bf's favorite position!). I would greatly appreciate any recommendations for personal favorites!

Look for a thread talking about We-Vibe, its a U-shaped flexible toy that can be worn during intercourse while giving clitoral stimulation.

Bullets and eggs are great for clitoral stimulation but typically need to be help in place by hand, while the control is remote or attached by a cord.

Rabbit vibes are great since they are inserted and also have a seperate attachment for clitoral stimulation.

Dont go super cheap on your first toy purchase. Cheap toys are typically hard plastic with really bad vibrations. Go middle of the road or up, they are more comfortable, have a better motor and vibration, and typically last much longer. You are more likely to have a better first toy experience, which I personally think is important for women.

I cannot say enough for the Lilo Gigi. I know that you were looking for a clit stimulator and this toy is all about the g spot but it can be used for both. Whatever toy you choose be sure to do some research. I have purchased items in the past and have considered them to be a waste of money. The only drawback that I can note is that the controls could be easier to work. (There are like four different types of stimulation and you can change the intensity.) Good luck

Thanks Rebecca and gardngrl! I'll definitely look into the We-vibe and the Lilo Gigi - they sound interesting! I'm looking forward to hearing what others have to say as well.

You can also use a website like Vibrator Search - Rabbits, G-Spot, Bullet and Waterproof Vibrators where you can design your own vibrator you can select what features you would like to see in a vibrator including length, girth, rabbit ears, vibration mode and much more and Morgasms will filter out automatically the best vibrator suited for you!
